1. Selection of planting bags

What kind of planting bags to use should be considered comprehensively. Some farmers use non-woven cloth bags, some farmers use plastic planting bags, and some farmers use nutrition pots for seedling cultivation. The advantage of non-woven bag is good air permeability. If the water holding capacity of the substrate is poor, it will soon dry after watering. It may need to be watered several times a day to maintain humidity. Both sides of the nutrition bowl are black, with strong heat absorption. If the temperature is too high during planting in spring and autumn, the root will be damaged.

The upper opening of the black-and-white plastic planting bag can meet the oxygen demand of the root system, and has a certain water holding capacity after watering. 2. Watering before or after seedling

Some farmers directly plant seedlings after installing the substrate, and then water the seedlings. If the seedlings are planted in this way, they may dry up and die, because it is difficult to quickly water the substrate after planting the seedlings, and the root system cannot absorb water for a period of time, so the seedlings will have problems. The correct method should be drip irrigation one day before planting seedlings, fully moisten the substrate, and then plant seedlings. The dead seedling rate is low.

3. Plant several seedlings in a bag

The height of the planting bag is generally 20 cm. The roots of tomatoes and cucumbers we plant are 78 cm. When they are filled with substrate, they can meet the growth of vegetables. When tomato, cucumber, pepper and other vegetables are planted in the soil, attention should be paid to the spacing between plants and rows. When soilless cultivation is adopted, it is easy to plant seedlings without drilling holes. Planting in a planting bag. Generally, two seedlings can be planted in one bag.
